mat can be used with the air chamber facing upwards as well as towards the
ground, and by dropping or adding pressure in the air chamber it is possible to
adjust the difficulty of the exercises. The Lifefit BALANCE BALL is made of
durable PVC and its base is made of hardened ABS thermoplastic polymer. The base
has an anti-slip treatment, thanks to which the mat will stay in place even
