You put the ground matcha tea into a chawan tea bowl with a spoon and then
gradually pour 70° water over it. Whisk the tea with a whisk until it becomes a
thick foam. You can prepare a milder version of usucha tea, for this use 2
teaspoons per 70 ml of water and stir the tea in an M-shape. For a stronger
koicha tea, pour 3-4 teaspoons of 40 ml of water. Then stir the tea in a gentle
