
Key Account Executive ? Hungary
Role Purpose The role aims is to develop sales within modern retail chains in
Hungary through strong in-store execution and by maintaining a constant
relationship with category managers in the points of sale. The position is
mainly oriented towards field activity: store visits, monitoring product
presence on shelves, and stimulating orders at store level. In the medium term,
the role is designed as a development step towards the Key Account Manager
position, with gradual involvement in the relationship with retailers purchasing
headquarters. Main Responsibilities In-store Execution ? Regular visits to
modern retail chain stores in Hungary. ? Direct interaction with department
managers or category managers in stores. ? Monitoring product presence on
shelves (listing, stock levels, positioning, compliance with planograms). ?
Identifying opportunities to improve product visibility in stores. Order and
Sales Development ? Supporting the growth of store orders through direct
collaboration with the purchasing managers at the points of sale. ? Monitoring
product rotation and sell-out levels. ? Supporting the implementation of
promotions and commercial actions. Market Monitoring ? Observing competitors?
activity in stores: prices, promotions, shelf positioning, new product launches.
? Periodically reporting relevant market information. Market Feedback ?
Reporting any issues identified in stores (quality, packaging, stock levels,
commercial performance). ? Communicating feedback to the direct manager.
